Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions

the king of tactical games on the psp is getting a very nice upgrade with the re-release of final fantasy tactics: war of the lions. With additional characters, a new story and new game modes, as well as a host of enhancements to the PSP version, final fantasy tactics: war of the lions is worth every penny for any fan of rpgs. is available now for $19.99 from playstation network. was originally released in japan in 2007. It was one of several classic titles that made its way onto sony’s handheld system following a collaboration between square enix and sony computer entertainment japan. features three different modes – original mode, which follows the storyline of original final fantasy tactics; souls mode, which lets you replay scenarios with different characters; and a third scenario called the lion wars featuring all new maps. This last scenario ties together events from both original mode and souls mode into one continuous storyline. also includes new jobs such as dark knight, time mage and gambit. New weapons are also included such as lances, bows and crossbows. Additionally, there are two secret characters (one male and one female) that can be unlocked after completing certain tasks within the game. While most people will probably want to just jump right into playing final fantasy tactics: war of the lions there are some options available if you want to customize your experience before jumping in for real.

Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops

well, there’s really only one thing to say about portable ops. It’s not metal gear solid: for starters, it isn’t developed by konami and its gameplay is far different from its console cousins. Still, portable ops is a great game for psp owners with tons of fun co-op play and some pretty difficult challenges to boot. But let’s say you have a friend who doesn’t know much about video games or portable gaming in general. is an excellent way to get them hooked on both psp games and portable gaming itself. This is especially true if they like action/adventure games. Metal gear solid on ps1 was an instant classic that went on to define stealth as we know it today; portable ops continues that legacy with more sneaking around and more intense firefights than ever before. And now, your non-gaming friends can get in on all of that action without having to learn how to use a controller first! is easily one of my favorite portable games out there. is a lot of fun for fans of stealthy shooters, but also serves as an excellent introduction to new players who might be interested in getting into either metal gear solid or portable gaming. If you don’t mind being away from home (and possibly making some noise), then it’s hard to go wrong with .

Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep

Keyblades and Command Deck! if you're going to play Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, then you better be prepared with a Keyblade or two and an outstanding Command Deck. Here is some helpful information on what kind of Keyblades to use and how to deal with each situation. Even seasoned veterans will find some tidbits of useful information here; new players should read these sections carefully. was released in Japan on January 9th 2010 for both PlayStation Portable (PSP) and PlayStation 3 (PS3). This game was developed by Square Enix Co., Ltd. In North America it was released as a PS3 exclusive title on September 7th 2010, while in Europe it was also released for PSP as well as PS3. It is part of the kingdom hearts series which features characters from Disney movies, Final Fantasy games and various other original characters created for previous games in that series. takes place directly after kingdom hearts II and follows three different main characters who are training to become keyblade masters under their master, Eraqus. They must stop Xehanort who has gone rogue and is trying to create his own version of heartless called the darkness. There are many familiar faces in birth by sleep such as Sora, Riku, Donald Duck and Goofy. is rated T for teen due to violence, mild language and suggestive themes. These are all great reasons why anyone who likes action RPG games should get into playing . If you like playing action RPG games and have played other titles in the kingdom hearts series then I would definitely recommend giving birth by sleep a try. is a really fun game that I think most people would enjoy playing. You can unlock secret costumes, level up your character and fight lots of bad guys along the way. You can even bring your friends along so they can help you out when things get tough. All in all, there's plenty to do in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep so make sure you give it a shot sometime soon! So there you have it - my review of one of my favorite PSP games - Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep.

Lumines Plus

If you’re a fan of block-dropping puzzle games and enjoy some retro gaming, then there’s no better PSP game to try than Lumines Plus. What really sets Lumines apart from its competition is its rhythm action gameplay—with each drop, you need to hit buttons at specific times as dictated by a beat. Some PSP games have their own themes based on different aspects of pop culture. For example, Lumines Plus has its own techno soundtrack and aesthetic based on music culture. Puzzle games like Tetris may be classics, but they don’t quite match up to Lumines Plus in terms of playability or variety. <This part should talk about -The ability to unlock new skins and music: Every time you complete a level in Lumines Plus, you earn bricks that can be used for unlocking skins for your characters or tracks for your background music. might not sound like much when compared to other PSP games out there, but it’s easy to get lost in hours of playtime while enjoying great music and visuals along with fun gameplay. Be warned: once you start playing Lumines Plus, it might be hard to stop! One of my favorite PSP games ever, Lumines Plus combines fast-paced puzzle gameplay with amazing graphics and an addictive soundtrack. It’s one of those rare games that gets me hooked every time I sit down to play it—and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good challenge.

Dissidia 012 Duodecim Prologus (Before Crisis): Final Fantasy

There’s a reason that Dissidia 012 Duodecim Prologus Final Fantasy remains a favorite among many competitive gamers: it’s just plain fun. The entry in the series to be translated into English, Dissidia 012 Duodecim Prologus Final Fantasy is an action-packed fighting game. For those new to Sony’s portable PS Vita (PSP), here are three tips for getting started. First and foremost, you’ll need to download and install PlayStation Portable Emulator (or PPSSPP) on your computer; there are versions available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems.

Wipeout Pure

PURE-fect racing experience, and it’s easy to see why. This PS1 classic is one of Sony’s finest racers, and it’s available as a PSP download via PSN. Plus, you can use controls designed specifically for your DualShock 3, which is an added bonus. If you’re a fan of old-school gaming, you should definitely add Wipeout Pure to your collection! In addition to its strong racing mechanics, Wipeout Pure has a fantastic visual style that makes it stand out from other games in its genre. Sure, it might not be perfect (you won’t find any modern conveniences like anti-aliasing here), but that doesn’t stop it from being fun!

FIFA Soccer 2005

When it comes to soccer games on PlayStation Portable, there’s only one option you really need to consider: FIFA Soccer 2005. Of course, if you like weird sports sims (you know who you are), then it’s worth checking out a few other titles. But for anyone else, FIFA Soccer 2005 is more than just more of the same—it’s still among the best handheld soccer games around. -NFS: Carbon: While FIFA might be king when it comes to soccer games, Need For Speed Carbon takes first place in terms of racing sims. As with previous versions, NFS Carbon lets you take control of your own car and compete against others in some very intense races.

Ridge Racer Type 4

Type 4 made big improvements to an already great game. It was one of my favorite racing games of its time because it took all of what I loved about Ridge Racer and Type 3, but expanded on them in just about every way. What I loved most about Type 4 was that there were over 40 tracks, which was more than double what Type 3 had. Along with a much bigger track count, there were also 11 tracks that can be unlocked by completing certain tasks in-game.

Patapon

Before there was Chibi-Robo and Touch! Nintendo DS Style, there was a game for PlayStation Portable called Patapon. This title introduced many gamers to an addictive rhythm style of gameplay that has since been copied by many other games such as Tap Tap Revenge, Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan, Elite Beat Agents and more. Despite these clones and following later sequels like Patapon 2, Patapon is still one of those titles that people fondly remember on their old portable consoles. Pokémon: In terms of sheer numbers, Pokémon has to be up there with some of gaming’s most popular franchises. Ever since its debut in 1996, players have spent countless hours trying to catch ‘em all—and you can now relive those memories thanks to Pokémon Black & White for Nintendo DSiWare and 3DS eShop.

Jak and Daxter - The Lost Frontier

rated 5 out of 5 stars for both features and graphics, it's hard to do better than Jak and Daxter: the lost frontier. Play as the beloved main characters from the series as they head to a new destination: another planet. You'll have access to some new gameplay items like a super-jump and grapple hook, as well as some familiar weapons from other games in the series. Plus, you get three modes of play -- adventure, arena battles and racing. $15 at Amazon is a great game for any gamer looking for something that will last them more than just a few hours. It is one of those games that can be played over and over again without getting bored because there are so many different things to discover. The controls are easy to learn and very responsive, which is important when playing an action game such as Jak and daxter: lost frontier. Overall, if you are looking for an entertaining game with great graphics, then jak and daxter: lost frontier is perfect choice!
